Installing Metal Roofing On A Flat Roof

Metal has quickly become the standard roofing material for commercial and flat roofing systems and for good reason.

Metal is one of the most durable roofing material to install however the initial investment is much higher up front than other commercial and flat roofing solutions. You can use 1 inch nails for the installation of eave flashing. Use your neoprene washer head screws to secure the metal to the sheathing. Space the screws about 12 in 30 cm apart.
